This recipe is a great twist on the classic beef sausage, using Longhorn beef, the horseradish gives these bangers a kick to their flavour. Great for grilling or enjoying with your next barbecue. Wholesome fresh local sausages, packed with horseradish heat in the meat and ideal for freezing too.
